Customer Service Coordinator
Reporting to the Boutique Workspace Manager, the incumbent is responsible for welcoming clients who visit the boutique and answering phone calls, while providing administrative support to the boutique and the Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients who visit the boutique.
- Receive customer orders by email or phone.
- Manage the boutique workspace email inbox.
- Process banking transactions.
- Assist clients with delivery related questions or direct them to the transportation department.
- Manage returns with the Transportation department and or Customer Service.
- Support the team during new product arrivals.
- Ensure proper replenishment of office supplies and other items required for the smooth operation of the boutique.
- When a product is discontinued or on promotion, ensure it is identified according to procedures.
- Participate in maintaining the boutique in impeccable condition.
- Participate in maintaining common areas.
- Handle opening and closing of the cash register, including daily balancing, and coordinate with the finance department.
- Gather administrative documents (invoices or others) for submission to head office.
- Open and distribute mail.
- Participate in in store Céragrès events, including organization.
- Participate in preparing received returns.
- Assist with placing samples in the boutique.
- Handle the return of samples from professionals and clients.
- Ensure responses to sample requests from professionals and clients.
Requirements:
- Completed high school diploma; any training in sales, customer service or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous customer service experience (a strong asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Organizational skills, autonomy and strong ability to manage priorities.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Dynamic, personable and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of basic computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, point of sale systems or CRM).
- Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written.
