Open is a collection of unique porcelain tiles engineered for your exterior needs: patios, pool surrounds, saunas, spas and more. The 20mm porcelain tiles are ideal for exterior use in our capricious Canadian climate and respond to 3 critical requirements: technical performance, aesthetic, and budget.
Available in 3 modern, neutral colours and 3 large formats, the Open collection is ideal for backyard renovations where design meets functionality. The large sizes available are rewriting the design of outdoor spaces with monolithic porcelain tiles creating a seamless and elegant look.
There are many advantages of choosing porcelain for your patio or exterior kitchen. Grease deposits around the BBQ will not stain the surfaces and the colour of the tiles are inalterable, so they will not fade with time. Moreover, cleaning is a breeze with porcelain tiles. A quick sweep or a pressure wash is all you need.
Installation is versatile and can accommodate your landscaping design. A traditional installation on concrete is a permanent solution, while another option is an installation directly on the grass or on compacted soil, rock, or sand. Lastly, an installation on adjustable pedestals allows you to pass hoses or electrical wiring underneath.

NOTES : Un joint de 4-5 mm est conseillé. Contenu recyclé pré-consommation : 15,5% toutes les couleurs. Dû aux propriétés du matériau, l’usage d’un joint de couleur d’intensité moyenne et du Kerabond Gris/Keralastic de MAPEI sont conseillés. Pour une installation sur dalle de béton, l’usage d’une membrane Mapelastic de Mapei est conseillé. Suivre les instructions du manufacturier. A 4-5 mm joint is recommended. Pre-consumer recycled content: 15,5% all colors. Due to the nature of this material, the use of a medium colour grout and Kerabond Grey/Keralastic adhesive from MAPEI are recommended. For installation on ciment base, the use of a Mapelastic membrane from Mapei is recommended. Follow manufacturer’s instructions.
